DIE CASTING

Our Die Cast Division is equipped with the Japanese made automatic die cast machinesand the most modern CNC die cast machines, including 125-ton, 250-ton and 350-ton. We are specialized in the small to medium size die cast parts. The weight range is from few grams to 1,000 grams.       We manufacture good quality die cast parts for our customers in various industries. Our price would be most competitive especially the second operations such as tapping, CNC machining, vibration polishing, chromate finish, or painting are included.       The aluminum alloy material we have in stock for die casting including: AA#360, A360, 380, A380, 384 or JIS ADC3, ADC6, ADC10 and ADC12. Some European Standard die cast aluminum alloys are also available.
